Ginger-Garlic Paste<br />1 Onion, finely chopped<br />1 Tomato, finely chopped<br />2 Green Chillies, finely chopped<br />¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder<br />½ tsp. Red Chilli Powder<br />1 tsp. Cumin Powder<br />1 tbsp. Pav-Bhaji Masala<br />Salt, to taste<br />Water, if required<br />Coriander Leaves<br /><br />Method:-<br />1. In a pan heat oil and add ginger-garlic paste to it and saute for 30 seconds.<br />2. Add onions and cook for 2 minutes.<br />3. Then add tomato and cook on a medium flame until it turns completely soft.<br />4. Now add green chilies and cook for 30 seconds.<br />5. Then add turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, Pav-Bhaji Masala, salt and water as required. <br />6. Add more oil to the masala and shallow fry the idlis in it.<br />7.
